Biscomerica Corporation was founded in 1980 with the vision of providing top quality

cookies and candy at a competitive price. Biscomerica is headquartered in Rialto, 

California, in a 225,000 square foot state of the art bakery facility dedicated to 

fulfilling this company vision. Biscomerica's 

baking facility is OUD Kosher certified 

and is rated "Superior" with the prestigious 

American Institute of Baking (AIB)  

Superior is the highest rating 

awarded by AIB.

We manufacture cookies and candy for 

several classes of trade; grocery, drug, 

mass merchandisers, clubs, convenience, 

vending, fund raising, food service 

and wholesale distributors.
